Now that the angsty whatnots of the last few days are over, let’s get down to business. The business of talking dramas. Although, I’m going to immediately get sidetracked and tell you what Jami McFeeley told me about impending Running Man cast changes. It’s not enough for a whole post but it made me laugh. Apparently, Mr. McFeeley has decided to give them a fair shake and wait for their episodes to make a decision–because he is good and kind like that. But Mrs. McFeeley? Well, she will always have a warm fuzzy place in my heart and here’s all the explanation I need…

Hahahahhaa
Agreed. Mike drop.

It’s official, 2017 is going to be a hell of a year for losing biases to the military. First, it was Junsu and T.O.P, then it was Seo In Guk, (although the military was fast to spit him back out at us), Lee Min Ho is rumored to be going this year and now? Now it’s Joo Won. Read more

Sorry guys. We blew it. If blew it means Cherry got sick and the Kpop Nerd Herd made Stephanie walk so much that tired weeping was an actual thing. Either way, we don’t have a podcast this week. However. We will have some epic episodes coming up including a BTS wrap up with special guests plus the swiftly approaching official 100 episode mark. So get your celebration pants on because we’re gonna have a party!

Hi, all! As promised, here is the latest addition to the LGBT drama and movie list. I’m happy to say that 2017 is turing out to be a big year for LGBT entries with lots and lots of them coming out. Ahem. Pun not intended.

I’ve been away. I’ve missed you. Okay, that is a lie. I was with the Kpop Nerd Herd and BTS. So, while I didn’t really miss you, I do feel horribly guilty I haven’t been around for days and days and days. I just wanted to pop in and let you know that:

  1. I did not forget you guys and
  2. I’m currently editing away on my (good lord waaaaay too many) BTS photos in order to put that post up
  3. I’ll have a post on the new additions to the LGBT list up, hopefully, today.
  4. If you are a fanfiction reader, SaraG and I have posted the first chapter of the story we’re currently writing together, a (laugh) BTS zombie fic called Infectious. Here is the synopsis:

During the first leg of their US tour, BTS, depleted, weary, tempers flaring, step on the stage for the second night of concerts. Little do they know, this is not going to be like any other show of their lives–instead before the end of the first song they are going to be on the run against what they can only call a zombie attack. Determined to stay alive until BigHit can rescue them, BTS is forced to be smart, resourceful, and get over themselves to survive. You can read it on AO3. Before you read just read check out the tags, as they make us laugh and they will give you the necessary warnings.

  5. Okay. I did miss you guys. I’ve missed you guys for a while now. I’m currently in the process of making some big changes which will hopefully bring me back to the K-fold soon—cross your fingers for me guys!

I’m secretly in love with an upcoming drama. And I DON’T KNOW WHY. Although I think I might. Okay. I totally do.  And that is crazy shallow of me, bad Stephanie, bad!

What’s Happening With…Yoon Eun Hye?

This episode of What’s Happening With… is another reader request! That Rebecca Roberts, so deliciously nosey. She says, “Hey! Gong Yoo is going strong, what’s happening to his lady?”
I will admit to keeping this one on the backburner for a while as I have heard a little bit of what has been going on with her over the last few years and…well…it’s not great. But we take the good, we take the bad, we…well I guess that’s it. Unless someone is just boring and isn’t doing anything at all, and then that’s just bad form on their part.

So. Let’s head off to the Wikipedia-mobile to get ourselves some answers!

What’s Happening With…

It’s been a couple of weeks since we’ve had a What’s Happening With… but as my bus is now over 10 minutes late, which means I’ll miss my train, which means I’ll miss my other train, something tells me I’m going to have some travel time to really break out those investigative skills.

This person came up during our recent  (epically long) drama casting podcast episode. We both said, “Hey, remember him?”, were both fairly certain he had been working with the exception of that time that he couldn’t, but couldn’t come up with a single project. So we ask, What’s Happening With… Kang Ji Hwan? Read more

Joseon! With Zombies!

There a few people out there where, when news of their new project comes up, it’s an automatic “hellz yah I’m absolutely going to watch that!” of course, if you go from there and take it down to the amount of projects I then follow through and do actually watch, the number gets even smaller. Oh me and my lack of follow through. I’m going to go out on a very small limb though and say that the writer of Signal, Kim Eun Hee? She’s definitely on that short-short list.
