This week’s Khottie has been inspired by the lovely Stephanie keeping us up to date on Cinderella and the Four Knights. I have all my fingers and toes crossed that Jung Il Woo is going to be the romantic lead. There is going to be a fangirl fit of epic proportions if he isn’t.
Oh my goodness, Jung Il Woo. Who else here played the bias vs bias game? Was he on your list too? I just can’t with him. I mean, look.
There is really something about him. He has a certain way of looking at a girl.
Flower Boy Ramen Shop started off a bit problematic for me. I never mind an older woman and a younger guy. I did mind a teacher and her student. I would have abandoned it, but I got caught up in Jung Il Woo’s charisma and the interesting characters.
High End Crush is another one that I enjoyed. Its a rather sweet little web drama that came out a few months ago that was discussed by Stephanie and Cherry on the podcast. Its worth a watch for JIW being funny and romantic, and for the brooding shower scene.
Bonus: Monsta X, with our hunky sleeveless Shownu, appear in the drama as a group JIW manages.
Jung Il Woo has done a ton of beautiful photo shoots. It was so hard to choose which pictures to share with you.
So handsome in glasses.
This is one of my favorites of him.
Its that look again. The one that wins all the leading ladies.
And I’ll just drop this right here, so you can imagine…
I’m with Stephanie, and am not a huge fan of this thing they did with his bangs. But its a different look, and makes him look a little tough.
I like this preppy look.
Have you guys seen these?! Done in 2009 (I think?) for Elle Girl. Its fun to see him looking a little rebellious and street.
And a more updated, one.
Has anybody seen his movie The Rise of a Tomboy yet? This is JIW singing one of the OST songs. I’m not sure I like the song, but he sounds pretty good and the scenes look cute!
On top of being a multi-talented actor, model, and singer, he further wins my heart by being a dog lover. Here he is with his dog, Awoo.
Until next week!
