It’s almost as if Lord Junsu on high looked down upon me and saw I was having a really bad day and decided that I needed a little break. Hmm… he thought. Just how best to turn her day around? An all expense paid trip to Korea? Nah… An accidental meet cute with the idol of her choosing? No, best not, she’d choose me, and her head would explode into tiny Stephanie pieces. No. I have just the thing, he decided. Let her stumble onto YouTube and find out that two of her favorite bands got together and made a music baby.
And by the power of Junsu, so shall it be.
Did you know that Nell and Epik High performed together? And if you did, why didn’t you share? Do you not want me to be happy? I swear man, if I find out that you kept this from me, that’s a full on head flick you’re cruising for…
Anyway, it kind of makes sense that they would do a collaboration, whether it be an official recording or a performance mash-up, considering that during this time they were both with the same management company, Woollim Entertainment. Well, they were until Woollim and Epik High parted ways over the Tablo fake-scandal thing — and now that I think about it — Nell isn’t there either. They left and formed their own company after Woollim and SM joined up.
So these videos really are a blast from the past!
This is definitely one of my favorites, and I’m going to have to get the audio, as it needs to be in my ears on repeat for at least three days.
Epik High and Nell, I’ll Be Missing You

To all this, I say: Thank you, Lord Junsu, may the fangirls ever be in your favor.
