Show Notes

It’s time for a bonus episode! This episode, we have a very special guest with us, Gwynne. Gwynne is a killer fanfiction writer, drama analyzer, and co-creator of Tumblr site Feminist Kdrama Feels. We chat about what she writes, her process, and quite possibly, we try to squeeze out some spoilers from her. This is all mixed in with some drama chats on Heirs, Descendants of the Sun, Signal, and You’re All Surrounded.

This podcast cleared up so many things for me about why you guys liked the Dark Horse fiction. I had heard it was about Heirs and since I did not care for Kim Tan, I just ignored it. Reading these oh-so-satisfying re-imaginations during my spare moments in the last 12 hours or so has been both annoying (why can’t I read faster?) and great – at last, someone is fully jumping on the Young-Do bandwagon. Thanks, Gwynne, explaining this whole collection of stories. My favorite so far? The Silver Lining fictions.

Here it is, a month later, and I’m watching Rich Man, Poor Woman and all I can think of is “Where in the Sam Hill is the Gwynne Meeks fan fiction for this drama!”
