So yesterday, I read an article that the US tour of UKiss sold out in less than 7 minutes. My first thought was, good for them. My second?
What the fudge?
A Kpop band was scheduled to come here and I wasn’t notified? How could I have missed it? I’m on a concert mailing list and I’m supposed to be notified when anyone K-related hits the shores. Not that I really like UKiss, I don’t think I’ve made it through a single full one of their videos, but it’s the principal of the thing.
A quick look at my email made me realize what had happened. Gmail has that new sorting system and my Powerhouse emails got sorted into the promotional ie junk mail. Dude. Uncool.
So I reassigned it, letting Gmail know, on no uncertain terms, I needed to see these emails as soon as they came in. And waddya know? It worked!
CNBLUE IS COMING, CNBLUE IS COMING!
I am tickled pink! Unlike the missed UKiss, unlike Infinite (who I didn’t at first, but now have an appreciation for) I actually really like CNBlue. They are one of the first Kpop CD’s I purchased in full.
The upside? Alexis tells me the venue is pretty small. Yay me! (As this exponentially ups my chances for oogling Yong Hwa.)
Downside? Tickets go on sale Friday. I sure hope I can buy them on my phone as I’m not going to be anywhere near a computer! Oh and of course there’s the whole–it’s hard to justify concert tickets during the Christmas season….
