Holy Crap guys. Ho-ly-crap. I think I might be magical. Or a clairvoyant. That’s magical, right? It was just last week that I announced that I (And Kim Hyun Joong) were quitting Barefoot Friends. And this week? It’s official. Barefoot Friends is dead.

While I’m sad for the rest of the cast, it’s kind of selfish for me, but I’m glad it’s over. Even though I was tired of the cooking and gave up the show, I was afraid they’d go out and have good times without me. It was enough to almost suck me back in.
But now I don’t have to worry about it. You guys aren’t going to have any fun times with Yoon Shi Yoon or Eun Ji Won without me. I do wonder how the cast will feel about it. Were they bored to? Do you think they blame the lack of ratings on themselves or on the production (where the blame should firmly be put)? I mean how many of Kang Ho Dong’s shows have been closed down lately? Hasn’t it been at least 2—with this being a third?
I think we can all agree the producers of Barefoot Friends should not be allowed to put together another show. They should certainly not be allowed to have a cast as potentially good as this one as we’ve learned from Barefoot Friends, they just can’t be trusted not to squander it.
Now to decide what to replace it with…
